Project: Consulting company
In this project, we had a multi-day conference in one of Berlin's most beautiful conference facilities: the BCC. For accommodation, we chose three nearby hotels for the company's different groups, so that it would be easy for them to meet. H4, H2 and ParkInn fit well into the group's budget. When the conference for the day was over, various mixed activities took place in smaller groups. Among other things, they went on a Trabi safari, a paddle trip on the Landwehrkanal, guided tours, a bike tour and more. We also booked dinners at several different restaurants with a joint party at the restaurant Mio where you party directly under Berlin's famous TV tower.
We organized a beach party at Beach Mitte with a sand volleyball tournament, high ropes course and live cooking including a bbq station. The conference weekend ended with a theme party at Berlin's biggest Oktoberfest venue - Hofbräuhaus, where live bands played German songs.

The focus of the trip was a conference mixed with an annual party for all the company's departments, which do not always meet. The conference took place over several days at BCC and the party took place at Mio, Beach Mitte and Hofbräuhaus.

Having a conference and party weekend in Berlin is perfect, as it is all under one "roof"!

For the conference and party, venues were chosen that could accommodate the whole group, while some of the activities and dinners took place in smaller groups from different departments of the company.
