Traveling is a challenge for our planet, as we have understood by now, but traveling also contributes so much. By visiting new places, meeting new people and learning from each other, we create a better world. This is our conviction. However, we need to travel in a way that has as little impact as possible on the world around us. We therefore work with selected partners who are all actively working to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible.

Sustainability is so much more than just taking care of nature. We at Your Man in Berlin work hard to ensure that we are a good company that contributes to society in a positive way. We make sure we pay our employees a fair wage, we work actively to combat all forms of discrimination and we like to have a good mix of great employees.

A thing that is very close to our hearts is that we should treat our destinations with respect. We should always leave the places we have visited with the feeling that we are welcome again, and make sure that those who come after us also have a nice place to visit. This means, among other things, taking on smaller groups that do not interfere with everyday life, paying for our study visits, and actively participating in local civil society. For example, instead of Christmas presents, Your Man in Berlin makes a donation to the Berlin City Mission in the name of our clients, which is usually appreciated by all parties.
