Project: Tech company
This project focused on team building and getting to know the company’s various departments. The conference was combined with group activities. A conference venue and accommodations were booked for everyone at the Meliã Hotel. For the team-building activities, the group was divided into smaller teams, each of which could choose activities based on their interests. Some visited Berliner Unterwelten, others went on a guided boat tour or a Trabant safari, while another group enjoyed a culinary walking tour through the city.
The last joint activity and team-building activity of the trip was a schnitzel hunt, which is a kind of orienteering tour, where the city has the answers to all the questions. The weekend ended with a big dinner and party in one of Berlin's coolest venues - Wasserwerk.
