Project: Tech company
In this project, the focus was on team building and getting to know the different departments of the company. Conference was mixed with group activities. The conference venue and accommodation were booked for everyone at the Meliã hotel. During the group's teambuilding, they were divided into smaller groups where they could choose activities depending on their interests. Some visited the Berliner Unterwelten, others went on a guided boat trip or trabissfari while another group ate their way through the city in an exciting food walk.
The last joint activity and team-building activity of the trip was a schnitzel hunt, which is a kind of orienteering tour, where the city has the answers to all the questions. The weekend ended with a big dinner and party in one of Berlin's coolest venues - Wasserwerk.
