Project: Architects
This group stayed in central Hamburg and, during their visit, had the opportunity to experience both the city’s development and the impressive infrastructure emerging in the region. One day, the trip took them to the Fehmarn Belt, where the group went on a field trip to the massive tunnel construction site and learned more about one of Europe’s most extensive infrastructure projects.
The next day, the focus was on Hamburg’s architecture and urban development. Together with our architect guide, Tomas, the group explored the city center both by bike and on foot, stopping to hear stories about fascinating buildings, new projects, and how Hamburg has changed over time. It was a varied program that combined technology, architecture, and urban development with the opportunity to experience Hamburg on two wheels and on foot.

Hamburg has something for everyone and is the perfect city for educational field trips, with exciting projects ranging from architecture and urban development to infrastructure, technology, and sustainability.

The trip took place on two separate occasions, with about 50 participants per trip. This made it possible to create a shared program for each group, where everyone could take part in the same activities and experiences—an approach that fostered a sense of community and energy throughout the entire stay.
